I need to become more of a snacker. With work and school, I find it hard to find free time in between to have a snack to keep my metabolism up throughout the day. I normally have three meals throughout the day, that’s it. Snacking comes and goes as one week I will pack snacks ahead of time and other weeks I will completely space and not pack any. This recipe for Smoked Paprika Chickpeas is one of my favorite snacks. I actually find it hard to keep myself from eating the whole batch in one sitting. Don’t judge me.
Obviously, there are a million and one different recipes for roasted chickpeas. Sweet, savory, spicy, sweet & spicy…the possibilities are endless. Smoked Paprika Chickpeas have to be one of my all time favorite combos and are SO incredibly easy to make.
