This gift guide for the yoga lover is your tool for successful Christmas shopping for the individual in your life who loves to practice yoga!
Apparently this is the week of recipes and gift guides so I’m going to keep the momentum going with another gift guide but this time for the yoga lover in your life!
Spiritual Gangster any-thang! – this company makes insanely soft clothing and the graphics and saying are perfect for your trendy yoga friend. My favorite are the pullover sweatshirts and burnout tanks.
Lululemon “the mat” – I have been lusting after this mat for quite some time and I think it’s time to retire my old one for this one. The mat is for serious yoga lovers and is perfect for those sweaty yoga sessions because it will lay flat and provides more cushion for those arm balances or headstands your yoga friend is working on.
Gaiam Cork Yoga Blocks – or any yoga blocks by Gaiam in general. The cork is a natural material as opposed to the foam that they’re known for. Yoga blocks are the perfect prop to have to assist in mastering pigeon pose or more advanced arm balances.
Lululemon small towel – this towel is perfect to line the top of your mat to prevent slipping hands or shoulders and even wiping the dripping sweat from your body. It happens, no need to be embarrassed. I sweat more in yoga than I ever have.
Camelbak 1 Liter “Eddy” water bottle – I joke that I can’t live without “my eddy” but it’s true. When “Eddy” isn’t around I have a minor panic attack and feel like I’m dying of thirst. I have my cousin and boyfriend hooked on their Eddys too and rightfully so. Easily carry around one liter of water and know you are staying hydrated by how many “eddys” you drink. I bring mine to sweaty yoga sessions and make sure to hydrate before, during, and especially after yoga.
Miracles by Stuart Wilde book – this little pocket book will give anyone you know spiritual inspiration. Assist your yoga loving friend with this book that will help raise their vibrations. While you’re at it, order yourself one, it will seriously change you.
That’s all for today! I hope you’re enjoying these little gift guides I’m throwing together. Tomorrow I will be back with another awesome recipe!
