This Cheesy Cauliflower Soup can be thrown together quickly without sacrificing flavor or texture and is insanely creamy and satisfying that you will go back for seconds!
I am currently on a flight to Philadelphia where I will connect a flight back home to Milwaukee. This weekend came and went so insanely fast and I had such an amazing time. When the four of us get together we laugh more than we ever have and no matter how much time we spend apart we are always able to pick up where we left off. The only downside to the trip was my personal allergy hell the entire time I was there. I’m pretty sure I am allergic to New York because it came on the second I went outside in New York. Lots of echinacea and megadose of vitamin c in my future!
While I am slowly attempting to breathe again and my eyes begin to stop watering every second, let’s talk about this Cheesy Cauliflower Soup. Yep, that delicious and creamy bowl above that I want to bathe in. So, funny story. My cousin, after spending a zillion hours with me since we were babies, discovered that I reserve the saying, “I want to bathe in this,” only for really, really tasty food. There are a handful of things that I have said this about and most of them involve curry, most.
Lucky for you guys, I want to bathe in this Cheesy Cauliflower Soup. That means there is an insanely addicting, bowl-licking, bathe-worthy, recipe waiting for you at the bottom of this post. It is THAT good. Not to mention the topping options or cheese options are endless.
For you dairy lovers out there, might I recommend sharp white cheddar cheese with a smooth melting gouda or fontina? Try it, it will change your world.
This soup is so good that it is going to be featured in another recipe that is coming your way very shortly. In that recipe, this soup plays the role of a dip and is the perfect finger food for Football parties or when you’re entertaining guests.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and I’ll be back tomorrow with a fashion post!
