A week in photos 1.25.13

I did it again.  I did not post for a week and I was not happy about it the entire time.  You see, there are days when I have a million ideas for posts and then there was last week.  I had nothing.  I take pictures throughout the day of what I’m doing and what I’m eating and I never post them.  I have hundreds of random pictures on my phone from random days and it’s because I never make the time to post.  I always talk about how I need to take this more seriously and turn it into something more than just my place where I post random photos, information, and recipes onto.  It will happen people, bare with me.

In the meantime, here are a few of said random photos from last week:

Salad beasts!!  These are the salads I make when I’m at home.  I put a normal sized mug next to the bowl to show you how big the salad really is.

Romaine // Spinach // Cucumbers // Carrots // Chickpeas //  Avocado // Onions //Pine Nuts // Dijon

That night I was so sick.  It started early in the morning when I noticed that I was extremely nauseous.  The nausea continued throughout the day and I did not eat much.  That night for dinner I made roasted veggies and spaghetti squash with a peanut sauce.  Let’s just say, I would share the recipe if it did not remind me of running to my bathroom at 4am the next morning.  It only tastes amazing on the way down.  TMI? :P

This is happening.  My friend had an extra ticket and so I bought it from  him immediately:

I have school Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but Wednesday I attend all morning and afternoon, from 10-5.  In between two of my classes I have an hour break where I always grab a bite to eat.  This is my new thing.  Normally I would continue to study, but lately I have been turning on white noise on Pandora, snacking on delicious salads from this great place on campus called Bowl of Greens, and catching up on reading all of your blogs on my iPad.  It is my me time.  It does not happen that often because I am always GO-GO-GO, but I have made a point to slow down and relax during this time.  I actually look forward to school all day on Wednesday because of this hour.

Random tip:  If you lost your lighter that you use to light your candles with, like I did, use a piece of uncooked spaghetti.  Any pasta will do, actually.

There were a lot more pictures but I don’t want to bore you with countless pictures of me studying.

Have an amazing Friday!!!
